History:


Blake was my cousin and a bright little boy. Even though he had a lot of medical problems, he always was ready for anything. Blake passed away with his illness of Lukemia.  And I really miss him.  But I know God is taking care of him in Heaven. 

We all love you little buddy.

Accomplishments:

Blake has accomplished all of his goals with the help of the Make A Wish Foundation. With them Blake was able to go to his favorite place. Walt Disney World.
