Martha Slaughter
 

Through life, my mom, Martha Slaughter was so very strong and brave! Cancer took the life of a very special person who had a big impact on a lot of people in this world.   She was a retired physical education teacher at Ft. Benning, Georgia and was working at the public library in Columbus.  She was dedicated to helping children and teachers as well as the community through her work.  We have lost a precious gift and hope that others recognize how hard she worked to help people.  She will be truly missed by the community and her children who loved and cherished her, but most of all, her grandchildren will know how wonderful she was!!

I love and miss you mama!!!
